Ozone Depleting Substances are chemicals which can damage and deplete ozone within the earth’s ozone layer when released. The F-gas Regulations came into force on 1st January 2015. These Regulations are concerned with the phase down of F-gases and preventing their release into the atmosphere.
All of our Engineers are DBS checked upon starting work for Ecotemp Environmental and are Qualified under F-Gas regulations to work on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. They hold valid CSCS where applicable and are trained to use scaffold towers and powered access equipment as and when needed. They also undergo continuous on and off-site training courses from health and safety, asbestos awareness and manufacturers training to make sure our engineers are always up to date with the latest equipment, legislation and techniques.
